MY RECENT BURGER

This is my recent burger. I am always in search of a good burger due to my past finds in South Central Los Angeles. My burger is simple, yet satisfying. I used Emirl's seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and a dash of worcestershire sauce.

One of the secrets to a well tasting and formed meat patty is to knead it in your hands, back and forth, forming it into a nice, fairly thick round patty. It is happy then. It's kinda like a massage, lots of love goes into it.

I like my burger medium rare to medium. I fry it in a iron-cast skillet and toss it onto a warm traditional bun. I top it with a nice sized wedge of cheddar cheese, and head lettuce. A little ketchup and mustard and I am in heaven.

I do like this simple burger but a couple of years ago I made a more textured burger with a crushed triscuit and habenero chili that was out of this world. Let me know if you liked this blog, I will send "textured" burger receipe. Happy Eating!
