FAMOUS DAVE'S

I was invited to an appreciation day luncheon at work that would include jeopardy games and team building activities.  It was quiet at first, until after lunch.  The food from Famous Dave's was late to arrive.  It was remarkable and memorable, weeks later.  The ribs were very good and easy to eat.  the amount of meat was good but the flavor and q sauce made it.  I was very happy with the ribs.  I don't particularly like chicken wings, I like pork or beef ribs more, but the wings are what sticks to me.
I still of them today.  I almost went back to Famous Dave's on Thursday when I was working in Palmdale but I have to be in the mood for barbeque sauce.  I noticed this week that Ralph's has Famous Dave's Barbeque sauce for sale, and have two different kinds.
We didn't experience the greens that day, or the cornbread, like I am used to but the potato salad was great.  It held a good consistency and didn't have too much mayonaise or mustard.  It was seasoned very well, with the potatos cut in the right size in order for the flavors to blend together.  They did it right.  I am beginning to salavate remembering the succulent taste of BBQ at it's best!
