Hello Village Pizzaria located at 151 N. Larchmont, in Hancock Park. It was a short drive through a beautifully tree lined neighborhood with large homes. The Pizzaria was located on a heavily populated local street. It felt very welcoming as Herb and I walked in the front door. It looked busy but we were give a small table next to the door, which Herb kindly sat next to. People came and went but we were busy eating this delicious pizza. I thought that I should order cheese but ended up with half cheese and half pepperoni and cheese. I was in heaven, served hot and with little rounded like cups of pepperoni adorning the cheese and dough to make a complete pie. I couldn't talk, imagine that?
We both enjoyed our pizza very much. Herb got two slices of clam and garlic which was a phenonenon. The clam pieces were the perfect size to taste, yet not over bearing and the garlic was gererous as to blend with the clam. This was a memorable time and flavor, as not to be forgotten.
