Sweet aromatic smells of fresh tomato and basil at first look, it is delicate and light in it's color of red The meatballs simmer to a nice heat as I watch the Miami Heat beat the Indiana Pacers, in the NBA playoff series, game 5 of the Eastern conference.
Meatballs, good meat, pork and ground beef. I prefer more seasoning, salt and pepper, garlic, oregano, chili, cumin, a good consistency , but a little heavy for some. A cutting of fresh herb and it is delicious.
