I will make this blog short because I am sure I already reviewed it last year. I will look later, so forgive me. The Chef's Favorite Burger is my choice. Cheese two ways, bacon two ways, ketchup leather, sunny fried egg, hot sauce. Yum and beautifully presented in a cast iron grill, along with their French fries as well. The PCB is also a winner with schmaltz onions, and dashi cheese. I want to try their smokey fired chicken and cured meats, cheeses and pickles, especially the spicy cucumber, siracha, sesame.
